Fossibot F800 512Wh (800w) Best Portable Power Station?
Просмотров 2,2 тыс.3 месяца назад
Recently, I purchased the Fossibot F800 to enhance my off-grid living capabilities. I was particularly interested in acquiring a 512Wh power capacity with a relatively fast charging speed from solar panels. Currently, I have two 100W panels connected in parallel, and with them, the maximum output I've achieved in March is around 150W, with a peak reading of 212W. In the video, I'll also discuss...

After about 300km and a few months of testing I wanted to share my first opinions on this pair of shifters from Sensah. You can find these shifters on the famous AliExpress website (The Amazon of China) I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised on what you can find on AliExpress. I would think twice before always going for Shimano and of course for certain more affordable parts I prefer the well...

Forclaz Trek 900 Best Budget Ultralight Tent?
Thanks a lot for this tutorial, which I found only after I discovered most of this by myself... ;) But your longer experience on My Maps might give me a clue to solve recent problems I experienced using My Maps : I've created itineraries, using both importing some kml files from other sites (Waymarked trails...) and creating my own lines with the line tool. And it was weird because, for a while I could only modify the lines I created, but not the imported files. And then suddenly, I could modify SOME (not all) imported files, but could not modify one of the lines I created myself. Do you have any clue of what happened, or what I did wrong ??? (and how to solve the matter). Also you mentionned (but maybe you brought answers on some other videos) the possibility of "fusing" several itineraries into one. Is that possible on My Maps, or do I have to use another software to do that ? Thanks for your help.
What's the point in Google My Maps if you can't send a route to a navigation device like Google Maps?
No one EVER actually shows the REMOVAL of the bearings and fitting REPLACEMENTS.....do they?
What should be the tyre pressure. my weight is 58kg.
It's indicated on the tyres. Max pressure if your mostly going to ride on tarmac, way less pressure if your going off road for more grip.
@@TheOneGoodRoad ty.🙏
Wow, how COOL!
I have the RC500 and I've been meaning to purchase a separate set of wheels with wider tires for quite some time, but this is way beyond what I thought was possible. 😅 Thanks for making this video!
El título está errado. Es una Fuji jari 1.5
It's the model before the Jari series.
What kind of nuts people you met on Bali for example ?
Well if you do Couchsurfing there... You will not be bored I can tell you that!
@@TheOneGoodRoad But I'm curious about how some bad Indonesians behave ?
I used Sensah Ignite Shifters with Shimano Sora front und rear derailleur and wasn't too happy with the performanse. No matter what I tried, I ciuld never make the front mech to work perfectly with the shifters. It was always rubbing the cage of front deraileur on last 2 speeds and when I set it up not to rub on last 2 speeds, then it was rubbing on first two speeds. It is doable to make it work but if you seek perfection from shifting like I do, you'd better use Shimano with Shimano components. That is why I swappped the shifters for Sora and now it works flawlessly. I order the Ignite deeaileurs and I plan to use it for building anothet bike with Sensah shifters Other than that I am also impressed with Sensah. Build quality, performanse of rd etc. I use Sram on my other bikes and it is hard to tell if Sram is actually any better than Sram but is of course much more expensive.
Yes I have found this dilemma. But one work around I found is you make the 3rd click the adjustment you need to push the front mech further out, then it rubs far less. But is it a big job to get the shifting to work flawlessly. But for the price point you literally can't find better, even 2nd hand shifters aren't near this price point. They work well enough for my needs 😉
@@TheOneGoodRoad Yeah, you got the point., 80 or 90% of normal causual riders won'/t even norice rhis small rubning in last two gears. I am pretty much obssesed with perfection and that is why I decided to swap for Shimano Sora shifters. Nevertheless, I am pretty much convinced that Sensah shifters will work absolutely perfect with Sensah deraileurs. I will build the bike for my wife with Sensah components so I will test it from the first hand.
Meteoblue is better
Osmand is better❤❤🎉🎉
Hi, can they go with 3 speeds in front?
There are three "clicks" so in theory it could work with three speed but I would just go for there 3x9 speed shifters
This application is just hopeless. Voice commands is total haos. For instance you hear 20 times, second after second, 'you have reached your intermediate destination'. You have notification 'turn right and continue next... ZERO meters'. Visual information is not any better. Screen rotates from right to left even if u go straight. After turn screen... map does not change.
Is your phone a j7 core?
So brother. Whats the review now. How much did the bag perform and how it is now?
Still doing well, I use it now and then for everyday things.
Dear TheOne, I plan to cycle across the New Zealand next year. So I am very exciting with your videos. Could you please send me some tips, advices, maps...so that I can use them to make a cycling plan for my journey. Thank you and look forward to hearing from you. Best regards.
Sounds awesome... 😎 Here's a video which also has a Part 2 explaining my advice for bikepacking in NZ. ruclips.net/video/C20kNOUHyeI/видео.html For the maps I have them on my website you just have to simply zoom in on NZ to see the map in detail and it can be loaded onto almost any phone with Google Maps. www.theonegoodroad.com/p/travel-map.html Good luck! 👍🏻
So, when you connected toaster - the load was 830Wt; and the battery droop down about 1% every 11 seconds , We can simply calculated that power of this battery around 400 Wt/h this is a maximum capacity ( even less) , not 512
Not as simple as that with units like these. Sometimes they calculate the Watt Hours via the DC power which is not the same as the AC for example.
What pannier rack are you using?
A very custom one
How do you delete a map that was accidentally downloaded?
Bummer I just want to drive little secondary roads that I create in My Maps. Twenty minutes in you haven't told how to do that. You're talking about 3 or 4 other map apps you use which I don't care about. I still don't know how to create a route.. This was titled for Beginners. Maybe you can recommend a video that will show someone trying to use My Maps for the very first time how to create a driving map on secluded country roads. Don Hampead, Maryland. U.S.
Points noted 👌🏻
SENSAH is good budget bike component's.
So they let you ride on the interstate
There are sections out n the west where it is tolerate due to no effective alternatives.
3 years later, we installed an e-bike conversion kit on this Rockrider. The link is below for those who might be interested! - ruclips.net/video/glcvGL-FK6Y/видео.htmlsi=PxdBBUVcywhwJkR5
The deal-breaker would be reliability and after sales customer service for warranty
So far I've been fairly impressed with there customer service care, considering that they are a small company and based over in HK. I've had one unit sent out to replace another unit and they honoured the request. Caution though that this is a new company and I'm sure they will iron out their details in the future with further refinements just like many other companies in this sector. Enjoy their competitive prices while stocks last! 😉
Been eyeing this bag for my upcoming backpacking trip. I guess I’ll purchase this one.
Thing is great!
Pretty impressive for the price... 😉
Hi ! I first downloaded the free version of the program Osmand, and then bought the paid version of the program for a month (Osmand Pro) and the sound does not work on Iphone 12 pro, when I already entered the route and navigation is in progress, the sound sign is turned on, but the smartphone does not make any sounds ! Please help me how to set up or find the sound. Thanks a lot !
Thank you for creating this! Would you be interested in collaborating on the development of a mobile app that allows you to access and create interactive maps to share with others? The app lets you invite friends to participate in the map creation process and allows you to interact with friends within the map itself. The app is almost ready, but would you like to try it before we launch? If so, with your feedback we could fine tune it to create something that you and your fans would love.
Sure thing, send me an email with the details 👌🏻
Now this is 700 euro
Yup bit like what Netflix do with there subscriptions...
Dude! @4:22, just flip the pad!!
If you flip the mattress the other texture will be less tough than on the other side, if I remember correctly..
Where can one order? I’m in the states, California👍👍👍great product
For now the only way to receive this AirPannier is via the UK.
For beginners???? You are all over the place and confused me more.
Sweet ! I believe your wheels are maddux DC 3.0 Disc 26" right ? Are you still on stock brakes and 9 speed freehub ? Im seriously thinking about copying your setup on my RC500. Cheers !
Well if my budget was higher of course I'd improve them 😆 but they work very well I have to say!
Would this run a basic Walmart portable projector and DVD player ?
I think so yes. It depends on how many watts they both will use.
Going to end this at 4:00 as this app seems to no longer exist. If I'm wrong drop a comment with a link, thanks.
It has been discontinued but this app is still available. ruclips.net/video/neggtVQNoso/видео.html
@@TheOneGoodRoad Thanks.
So did this app go bust? I can't find any reference to it anywhere, shame really because I use the Windy app for weather.
Now it's just Mapy.cz.
Is it enough for a 6 day long trek
I would say yes.
IF you have a done great things, which are in the past and want to show the whole world. Do a photobook and make a video on the company producing it...
Not sure if you will see that message but, i usually goes in the Pyrenees oriental in September almost every year (i have family there) i hike a lot and knows the region hit me up if you are around !
Ah neat. 👌🏻 Do you have a Facebook or Instagram?
Would this run 80w cpac machine for 6/8 hrs ?
For 6 hours I think it might yes
brilliant idea! thx!!!
Is it possible to crop the selected area? That way when you scroll out on the mouse, it isn't taking you to a view of the whole damn planet, lol.
I believe there is a way to set a default point of view, yes.
@@TheOneGoodRoad Oh? I have not found it, yet.
Great video
For work 4 miles a day it's okay though?
Yup
i wonder how they compare to NH150 as it waterproof as well and cheaper.
This sucks, you only have 10 layers to work with
I agree...
I enjoyed the tutorial, however, you must go slower because as a beginner I don’t quite know where everything is at in this app. Keep it coming.
Thanks for this video! It was really clear, good actions supporting what you are saying, and your friend can keep the camera still haha, welldone!
Thanks for video ..way better than shutterfly
